Poem #1

Only time will tell

How fast my heart

Will heal from this pain

Of unshed tears and love.

Only time will tell

How soon I will talk

Of long forgotten memories

Memories of people

So dear to me.

Only time will fill

This empty void

That once was full

But now is empty

Only time

Only time will tell.

Poem #2

Love is strong

Love is dear

Love is precious

Death takes a toll on love.

It can possibly shatter it.

Ruin it all.

It can rip a hole in your heart.

Time will heal that hole.

It will last forever or a short time.

Death can strengthen love.

Don’t let death cause a divide.

Between lost and living.

You will fall.

A short hard fall or a long slow fall.

Come back up and begin again.

Begin again.

Love again.

Live again.

A Poem

I wrote this today. It's inspired by Narnia mainly because I'm listening to the music right now ;) So here it is! I hope you like it! :D

Entrance to Narnia

A glimpse of white snow.

A snatch of yellow light.

A rustle of branches.

I step out into a clearing.

I look about and see-

Yellow light-a frosted lamp post.

A scurrying of hooves.

A flash of brown and tan.

A rustle of paper.

I turn and look into the woods.

I see a creature-

Come out-a faun.

A scream and a yell.

A hurried apology.

A polite introduction.

I like him very much.

I am Lucy-

He is-Mr. Tumnus

Here is another poem that I wrote last night

Destined

Dedicated to a friend of mine.

They live far apart,
Destined to meet.
Destined to be friends.
Destined to be sisters.
Destined to love each other.
They live far apart.

Destined to meet.
They will meet somehow,
They will not give up,
Till they are standing,
Hand in hand,
In touch,
Till they are standing,
Right in front of each other.

Destined to friends.
He knew that they would meet,
Someday,
That they would become friends.
Best Friends.
For life they would be.

Destined to be sisters.
They both became sisters.
Creating a stronger bond,
Then ever known.
They will always be sisters.
Nothing can ruin that.

Destined to love each other.
They grew to love each other.
Strengthening that bond,
Already so strong.
Love can strengthen any bond,
Made with friendship.

They live far apart,
Destined to meet.
Destined to be friends.
